Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of LekkerLokalz. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator and eligibility
LekkerLokalz is built and operated by Apex Tech Solutions (PTY) LTD. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your phone number current, protect access to your device and one-time passcodes, and notify support promptly if you believe your account is being misused. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use LekkerLokalz unlawfully, submit false orders or information, impersonate another person, harass merchants, drivers or other users, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use information obtained through an order for an unrelated purpose.
4. Orders
Customers submit orders to nearby merchants through LekkerLokalz. An order is subject to merchant acceptance and availability. Merchants prepare accepted orders and drivers complete deliveries. Users must provide accurate order and delivery information and be reasonably available to receive or complete the order.
5. Changes and cancellations
Request an order change or cancellation as soon as possible through the available order contact option or LekkerLokalz support. A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after a merchant has accepted or started preparing an order or a driver has begun the delivery. Any approved EFT refund will be handled by EFT; cash that has not been paid does not require a refund. Cash already paid before an approved cancellation is refunded case by case through LekkerLokalz support and is not refunded automatically by the driver at the time of cancellation. The customer must contact support with the order reference, and support will arrange the refund.
6. Payment
Payment is by cash or EFT only. The customer must pay the total confirmed for the order using the selected method and follow any EFT payment instructions provided for that order. A merchant or driver may require confirmation of EFT before completing fulfilment.
7. Availability and account action
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, device or third-party communication issues. Access may be restricted or an account may be suspended where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Apex Tech Solutions (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use LekkerLokalz. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable South African consumer law.
9. Privacy
Personal information is processed as described in the LekkerLokalz Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution rights that apply under South African law.
